About the Founder
Nelida (Nelly) Meda Frias
Born and raised in Californian, Nelida entered the workforce at 16, navigating an unfamiliar professional landscape. Her first role was in a contact center—common work for English speakers living abroad—but she carried bigger ambitions. She aimed to become one of the youngest leaders in operations, and that drive shaped her path forward.
Over the years, Nelida built her career within corporate contact center environments, steadily advancing into leadership. Along the way, she developed skills in project management, data reporting and analytics, marketing, and operations oversight. Today, she leads a major contact channel—partnering with and directing the very vendors where she once started on the phones.
In 2023, Nelida earned her Bachelor’s in Human Services while working full-time and raising two children—an achievement that fuels her belief that growth is possible at any stage of life.
Her passion for service extends beyond her career. Nelida has served on multiple non-profit boards at both regional and national levels, currently acts as National Programs Manager for an employee group focused on disability awareness, education, and empowerment.
While Nelida continues to mentor peers and rising professionals within her network, she is committed to expanding that support to a wider audience. Cold Consultancy Services was created with the belief that professional growth should be accessible to everyone—at any stage of their journey.
